Love the outfit. The yellow belt makes it all so, but so pretty.

I love every bit of this with the exception of the bag. Otherwise, it's lovely; I adore the classic pairing of this creme colored blouse with the belted skirt. It's elegant. The royal blue knee-highs on top of the lighter blue tights keep the look fun. And of course, her hair is perfect.

i like the outfit, but the socks seem a little bit too thick for the small and delicate shoes. the bag also doesn't have anything in common with the clothes.

I think she looks super cool with her cyan tights and darker blue leg warmers. I'm a big fan of monochrome from the waist down, so I'm really loving the blue dress, tights and leg warmer combination. I also like who she added in another primary color, yellow. And the big, messy bun/pouf just finished off the look.
