The skirt throws it off a bit. A lower waist would lengthen your torso and put things back in synergy. Also, the jacket is too big across the shoulders. This might be intentional, though, and if the waist of the skirt were lower, the jacket might work better.
I can see what she was trying to do, but it doesn't flatter her shape. It makes her body look chunky, but judging by how skinny her legs are it's clear that that she is not at all.
