I think the hem right below her knees is quite better.
This scarf is not matching.
And this sunglasses are truly awful.

she needs to hem that coat, to tease the hair, lose the scarf, and add a clutch. then it would be perfect!

She needs to lose the scarf, glasses, and gloves and she should change her hairstyle to something more modern and her bag to patent leather... maybe some high heels... and the outfit should work.

i hate that all you see are feet. Showing leg would make this look less grandma.
