I'm not feeling this - I'm all for layering but there is just too much going on here. The fur, the ripped tights, the work boots, the bright patterned scarves, the studded bag... Even if she'd just worn plain, non-ripped black tights it would make a difference. And I know the streets are terrible in NYC but they look pretty clear in this pic - does she *have* to wear the ugly snow boots?
