Well, if this was in the United States some would say that she looks quite patriotic but being in London I don't know what they would say. Love the hat, not the shoes. She actually looks like Cher back in her younger days.

It is ok to be a little out there and the exploitation with what you wear in the streets sometimes but those boots just don't seem like they have a proper outfit.
