The glasses with the hood makes her look depressed. Part from that, the neck piece /cape coat is a friken master-piece! easily funkable, maybe just not with her...
If she's going to wear a crazy coat she should do it justice by making it the standout of the outfit. by wearing shiny leggings, go-go boots, sunglasses, AND a hood it's just way too much. the rest of the outfit has to be understated for a coat like that
