I personally just feel that she dresses far too young for her age. This would look great on a 20 something model.
Furthermore, I actually think this outfit is quite stupendous. It's VERY Vogue Italia but it's obviously an editorial look. . It simply doesn't translate to real life.

Just because she is known doesn't mean it is acceptable to look like a golden cow girl.
Its a delicate thing. Sometimes she looks crazy and fabulous, sometimes she just looks crazy. Here, she KNOWS she's totally over the top and she's loving it because she's basically an ENTERTAINER and fashion is her medium. That's Anna"s nojo, man. Roll with it.

I LOVE Anna Dello Russo - I was unable to get a shot of her for my own site. She looks fabulously outrageous, as always. Great motion with the wind and the fringe.
