I often see this guy in NYC and LA. He has that Chained Rick Owens belt on. I have asked him prior about it. The tee is a draped you can tell by the way it lays. Nice look........

what does nice, especially for chicago even mean? maybe find some new friends or associates in Chicago. Yes, chicago is not nyc or paris, but there are some fabulously dressed people here. For the most part, my friends here dress well.
