I like her top and skirt, but the scarf makes it too formal.
She should tie it around her wrist or put it in her hair... Possible add some patent leather or bright white pumps?

I like the structure, but I think the scarf is too much for such a high-necked blouse.
Or possibly keep the scarf and tie it around her wrist or in her hair... maybe some patent leather pumps in bright white?

WOW you guys are mean. i thinks she looks great, the red contrasts so perfectly with the skirt, and the neck scarf matches her hair. my conclusion a good outfit.

A recommend a white vintage blouse. Add some pearls and maybe beige open toe shoes or silver ballet flats
