Pants are rolled, not cuffed. A cuffed pant would be sewn in. That kind of skinny leg should be left to slouch...not rolled up like that.
I love this look. It doesn't break new ground, but it doesn't have to, because it's classic. I'm a fan of the fitted shirt with the fitted jeans, although the jeans do look a little uncomfortable to sit in. And beat up leather shoes will always have charm.
