Its not a matter of balls or confidence, its a matter of taste. And each of us are entitled to our own opinions and taste preferences. No right or wrong here.
This outfit requires the individual who is wearing it to have, what we call BALLS.
For those comments that speak of appropriate vs not appropriate attire for the day light hours I say grow some BALLS and stop criticizing individuals who have personality and are not frightened to be themselves no matter what time of day it is.
I applaud this person for being confident and not conforming to what others interpret as being, what's the word, proper.
The contrast between the hard landscape of the dress/shoes and the vulnerability of the kneecaps says so much about the human condition.
Or maybe I should up the dosage.
The contrast between the hard landscape of the dress/shoes and the vulnerability of the kneecaps speaks volumea about the human condition.
Or maybe I need to up the dosage.
Hannah Marshall's collections are AMAZING!!! morning, day, night, whenever!
Indeed the dress has potential but to me it still looks a bit cheap even if she had worn it at night because of the glittery thing on the pocket and her choice on the bag and shoes. Although if she were to tell me that she was a lead singer of a rock/punk band who's about to perform, i would totally have no qualms.
How do any of you know she did not just get ready for an early dinner and drinks and then to go out for the night? Who says she wore this all day? Such speculation. Just appreciate the clothing.
i would totally love the dress if it were'nt for the glittery purplish thingy on the handles of the pocket. i wish she had toned down her shoes and bag. Indeed, too hardcore-ish for daylight..
I don't even think i could say anything more than... wow, what a structure on that dress! Beautiful!

Abzal & anon1 should get off this site immediately and start having interests OUTSIDE of fashion, cause obviously they don't appreciate genius design work! The construction around the pockets is breathtaking, and quite frankly mind boggling. I love the strength that is radiating from this look - complete confidence in sex appeal! Two thumbs up.
Zana, a big part of design is context. the construction of this dress is undoubtedly interesting, and in certain scenes would look striking--in a good way--but it is simply far too much for daylight hours.
Its 'simply far too much for daylight hours' to you.
It is a beautiful dress, why does she need an occasion to wear it. If she wants to wear it, she should wear it. Regardless of time and occasion.
I think there are far too many restrictions in fashion.
The dress is amazing, I have to say it's very striking but I'd love to see someone wearing this in the street. It doesn't seem to fit very well though and it doesn't really sit well, but still looks great!

somehow Madonna's 80s image pops up in my mind...
not a favorite look of mine...associate this dress with garbage bag, looks cheap..

This is not doing it for me for daylight hours. Just makes her look like she's been out all night.
this reminds me of the julia stegner editorial with those jut-out proportions too
Too much Lady Gaga for my taste. But the dress is great!

These days it's so hard to find a dress that will take you from the office to the martini bar...
