I think, for me, it was the pants that killed it. They look like she just came from a morning jog and threw on four layers on top to look "chic". Even her smile looks winded down.
This lady is trying way too hard. Ease up on the layer. She over did it.

i would prefer this black ruffled jacket to stand out a bit more; with so many layers, it just becomes an amalgamation of texture and that is selling the jacket a bit short. that bag is killer though.
