A little too much with the 70's-80's secretary look. Some of the elements are good, but not all together.

The pockets on the jacket make her waist geometric and incredibly tiny, her skirt is crumpled and her tights are sharpen (without giving any rock n roll attitude to this goody goody twho shoes look) plus the shoes with square heals are major no.
I mean, good try, but bad result.
