love this look from head to toe!
The "milk coffee" combed-thick-frosting-like tassles of her shoes somehow make her leggings look cheaper thus her legs more naked...very nice. The conservative upper (shirt/necklace) contrasted by the show below makes this a safe look for her... one that makes her not have to take herself so seriously.
Check out the woman in the pink scarf eyeing the fringe heels! Cracks me up. Can't tell if she likes them or not...
