I think thee whole get-up is fabulous. Thee whole outfit is very personal, as to things being offset to each other. It was his opinion over others.

Needs to tighten up that haircut...or, conversely, loosen it by growing out the errant wisps.
The pants need to be ironed (just messy in relation to the neat sheen on everything else). Perhaps even a bit more volume in the legs would welcome to make the upper-half pop.
The boys seem to outdo the girls lately. He is what I call PERSONAL style. Very audacious. Not a follower, a leader.
