It looks a little "Transylvania" to me... I agree with the rest of you guys about the shoes but she should lose the jacket.
Not feeling this... IMO, the look would be much improved if she switched out the heels or the coat. To me, the heels and the leather coat together make the look a bit trashy. But to each her own!
