It looks as if she has bought a fox pelt as opposed to a fox stole.
Pelt - good for her. It's a natural product, attractive & it keeps her warm. We have dominion over the animals, the fish in the seas, and the birds in the air. We'll always use animals for our clothing. If not animals, what's the alternative - oil for artificial fibers ??? We have to take care to not cause extinction of either one.
I love this outfit !! the frindging for me really makes this dress. as much as i think that this outfit is amazing i am against the use of fox fur even though it looks great my princibles dont allow me to justify it. it would have been just as nice if the fur was faux fur. also, it's vintage so it's already been dead and worn at least once - at least the fox didn't die uselessly if she continues to wear it. she is removed from directly or even indirectly being a cause of the fox's death and so has no responsibility for ethics. also, you should probably calm down.
i don't give a shit about the ethics of this because she looks so goddamn amazing. ps: the idiot who said her tights are ripped, a) they are not tights, they are leggings, b) they are not ripped but in fact have mesh panels, and c) they make this all the more gorgeous and interesting. You don't know the backstory of the fox - it could be second hand, so until you know, withhold judgement.
People need to calm down about the fox. Animals die daily.

This is an irresponsible, cruel, and unsustainable fashion 'statement.' Fur is dead, and people who say they don't care aren't looking at the big picture. I hope it is considered hip//cool to hate fur, because even if people are mindlessly following this 'trend,' they're still making a positive change. Go vegan!!

you say we eat meat and wear leather, but in china sometimes they skin the animals, so its not really the same. Even if this was not some dead animals carcuss its hideous anyway.

Love the fur! Wearing dead animals somehow presents an eerie but vivid style. And it's vintage.
I would like this better if it were a fake fur and not the hide of an innocent animal! Real isn't always the best - sometimes a knock-off is better!
