Well, not exactly "completely black"...and it may well be those bracelets drawing together with the nylons/tights and then those bracelets matching well with the purse... thus leaving only realy three four items instead of the impossible 5-6 items to coalesce in that illustrious "all black" archetype. So she's a smart little devil doing what's right where it all counts. Even those tights give off a glow similar to that of her purse. Great outfit.
