I think she's really brave for wearing a bright red suit. Monochrome is a trend that people tend to do with neutrals so it's always great to see someone go against the grain with a bright color.
Overall, I think she looks great. I really love the relax fit of the suit and that it is a set. I think that if the color of the blazer, pant and shirt wasn't exactly, this look would have failed.
It's also great that she is wearing minimal or no makeup because even little bit of bright eyeshadow would have made this looks costume-y.
