there's a few things about this look that I wouldn't normally like but my first reaction to this was "Yes! so refreshing" it's all about the character.

Bad 80's redux. I hoped the bra top under the jacket look was dead forever, alas, and I never like most polka dots - too clown college. And bad four inches of brown roots. She's a cute girl, she could do so much better.
