I love the MM tabi shoes. Lovely.
Nice image, but the styling is crucial. I like the combination of the silky blouse with the pencil skirt, but the sneakers are too much. I bet the combination is done by purpose, but it is too far casual.As she is already quite short, she should wear some heels.
