Shoes do not work, needs more styling. Perhaps a belt to tuck it in and some jewellery i.e. necklace. Perhaps it needs to be longer pants, shows too much leg......

I like the whole monochromatic aspect of the look- with the grey:grey and white in the middle- but the shoes seem a little clownish to me.
