Reminds me of my father's choices of colour/patterns....he was colourblind! This is definitely individualism, but not, I think, fashion.
I think I saw a homeless man dressed exactly like this. Yeesh ya'll should photograph the homeless around the U.S. they're so fashion oriented if this is "fashion"
