Love how the cardigan is buttoned and layered with the crew neck t-shirt, love how the light colour of the jeans contrasts with the boldly coloured shoes! The jacket and the beanie don't look quite right to me though - I think it detracts from an otherwise cool and sophisticated casual style. The man is very good looking but it makes him look a little like a teenager.
