Im not a fan of this style on guys so i dont think im in a position to comment....
...But if i were:
The shirt is too big and too long. Id like to see it unbuttoned a little and maybe have a t-shirt underneath. sleeves should be either rolled up more or not at all. Jeans are nice but id roll them down. Is he going shopping or something?? The bag makes him look like a girl.
I also really wanna give him a haircut.
