Fyi... Harajuku is a district in Tokyo. And Kawaii, actually means cute in Japanese. In Tokyo,people dress the style for the district that they're in. Tokyo has many other disticts besides Harajuku. Shibuya, Daikanyama, and more...

I am not a fan of this... if they're going to dress kawaii/harajuku (how ever it is spelt) they should go the whole way.
