what a great dress
This is an outfit that I would wear. The silhouette of the dress is amazing on her, it makes her look powerful (as does her facial expression). The belt is okay, and I wonder how the dress would look without it.
A nice touch is the polka dot shorts/skirt/lining (or whatever it is) that's peeking through underneath.
