I like the whole look! The dress is feminine and the black tights with the boots looks cool. I would like to see a hat to finish of the bohemian gypsy crossed with modern chic look. The belt could go!
Comfortable shoes
Fabulous dress and well underdone use of minimal accessories, unfortunately the ridiculous spindly legs/big shoes combo looks rather like a pair of golf clubs.

the only thing that's odd is that her dress is cinched in below her bust and then shes got the belt below it.. kinda odd..
